By accessing or using any services provided by GPIT Nigeria (including our website, mobile applications, CRM software, API integrations, and developer environments), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
GPIT Nigeria offers custom software engineering, cloud computing architecture, mobile development, incubation programs, and digital transformation consulting. Additionally, we provide WhatsApp-first CRM solutions which integrate with third-party Meta Platforms APIs. Services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain services or applications, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and account security.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity or breach of security.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, structures, designs, graphics, branding, and code provided by GPIT Nigeria are the exclusive intellectual property of GPIT Nigeria or its licensors, protected by Nigerian and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for authorized business or training use.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
• Violating any laws or regulations while using our platform.
• Interfacing with GPIT systems to transmit malware, phishing campaigns, or spam.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or breach the security of our application software.
• Using our Meta integrations or WhatsApp APIs to send unsolicited marketing campaigns or violate Meta Developer Policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPIT Nigeria, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access or inability to access services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Lagos State.
8. Changes to Terms
GPIT Nigeria reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
